Straight tube air flow dryer
      The wet material is fed into a vertical tube through a feeder, and air is blown into a fin heater through a blower. After being heated to a certain temperature, it is blown into the vertical tube. The speed in the tube depends on the size and density of the wet particles, which is generally greater than the settling speed of the particles (about 10-20 meters/second). The dried particles are carried out by a strong airflow and sent to two parallel cyclone separators for separation. They are sent out through a spiral conveyor, and the tail gas is vented through a bag filter. Due to the short residence time, it is often necessary to adopt a two-stage or multi-level series process for certain products.

Cyclone air dryer
      A type of cyclone airflow dryer. The hot air stream entrains the dried material particles into the cyclone dryer in a tangential direction, generating rotational motion along the hot wall, causing the material particles to be in a suspended rotational motion state for drying. Steam jackets can be installed on the wall as required. The drying process is greatly enhanced. In addition, due to the impact of particles on the vessel wall, the contact area of gas and solid phases increases, which also strengthens the drying process. It is particularly suitable for heat sensitive granular materials with strong hydrophobicity and no fear of crushing. However, it is not suitable for materials with high water content, high viscosity, low melting point, easy sublimation and explosion, and easy to generate electrostatic effects.

Pulse air dryer
      Pulse air dryer is a type of air dryer. During drying operations, alternate reduction or expansion of pipe diameters is used to make the air flow and particles flow at unequal speeds, resulting in larger relative velocities and heat transfer areas between the air flow and particles, thereby enhancing heat and mass transfer rates.
