        In the plastic processing industry, whether it is extrusion, injection molding, rolling, hollow forming, blowing film, spinning, etc., in addition to having a host that meets the requirements, a large number of auxiliary equipment is often needed to jointly complete various processing processes. The perfection, automation, and rationalization of auxiliary equipment for plastic processing, to a certain extent, determine the quality of products and the viability of enterprises. According to their functions, plastic auxiliary machines include three types: equipment for feeding systems, temperature control system devices, and crushing equipment for corner waste recycling. They play different roles in the plastic processing process.

        1. Equipment used in the feeding system
        The auxiliary processing equipment used in the feeding system mainly includes drying, conveying, metering, and mixing equipment. Drying equipment is used for pre processing materials that are prone to moisture absorption, such as ABS, polyoxymethylene (POM), polycarbonate (PC), nylon (PA), and organic glass (PMMA). In production and processing, different drying methods and equipment should be used according to the product's requirements for the moisture content of raw materials. For fillers and PVC granules, oven type dryers are often used. For thermosensitive plastics, rotary double cone vacuum dryers are used; Continuous drying often uses a direct hopper dryer. For the feeding system, the powder material is transported using a spring tube conveying system and a Roots blower type air conveying system, while the particles are transported and fed using a vacuum feeder. Centralized feeding equipment is mostly suitable for large-scale and automated production processes. The equipment is centrally controlled by a computer, and various raw materials are weighed proportionally through a measuring device before entering the mixer. The hopper is equipped with a material level sensor, which can automatically open or close the storage bucket on the conveying pipeline based on the amount of material. The key technology of the centralized feeding system is the accurate measurement of the electronic scale, which can accurately feed the required materials in proportion.

        2. Temperature control system device
        The heating equipment in the plastic processing process mainly refers to the temperature heating controller for the barrel molds and rolling rolls used in production equipment such as extrusion, injection molding, and rolling. Currently, the complex steam heating method is generally replaced by the thermal oil electric heating method. The mold temperature cooler is mainly used for cooling the mold temperature during injection molding. Generally, there are cooling water channels in mold design. Refrigerators are divided into air-cooled and water-cooled types. The air-cooled type is lightweight, but has low heat exchange capacity. The water-cooled type has a large heat exchange capacity and good heat exchange effect, and is widely used.

        3. Crushing equipment for recycling corner waste
        The proportion of corner waste in plastic processing accounts for about 5% to 20% of the total production volume. It can be said that recycling corner waste to a certain extent determines the survival lifeline of enterprises, and plastic processing enterprises are increasingly paying attention to this. Currently, plastic pulverizers are widely used, which are divided into equipment suitable for crushing hard products and small volume products; Crushing equipment for recycling and granulation of soft plastic foam; A pulverizer for direct crushing and granulation of long products of pipes and profiles; Pelletizer for waste silk recycling.
