During evaporation, heat is absorbed, which cools down the sulfuric acid (tank liquid) in the cold gun. During evaporation, heat is absorbed, which cools the water in the water tank. The cooled water is transported to a heat exchanger (separated by a water pump, where one side is water and the other is sulfuric acid), and then the sulfuric acid is cooled through heat transfer. This is a cyclic process. The advantage of this product is that it is easy to install, has a relatively longer service life compared to direct freezing, and is less prone to acid and alkali corrosion of the chiller.         In addition to such indirect cooling, another method is to use coils inside the electroplating tank, and then the chilled water provided by the industrial chiller is circulated in the coils to cool the electroplating solution.
